Cynthia L. Blom

Cynthia L. “Cyndy” Blom, 41, of Streator, died Sunday Sept. 3, 2017 at her home.
A Celebration of Cyndy’s Life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday Sept. 23, 2017 at the Washington Park in Peru, IL, cremation rites have been accorded, the Elias Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Born October 5, 1975 in Aurora, IL, she was the daughter of David and Myra (Beggs) Blom.
She is survived by her father David (Carol) Blom of Peru, IL, mother Myra (Bill) Stanton of Olmsted, IL, children Synthia Myles, Jacques Myles, Kayla Myles, Devonte Cass, Monte Cass and Renee DeWitt, grandson Kayshawn Myles, sisters Jeannett (Mike) Little, Wendy (Kevin) Foreman, Teresa Edwards and Lisa Cassell.  Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Cyndy last worked as a dietitian for the LaSalle County Health Care.  She attended West Aurora High School, she was a giving person, always putting other people first before her own needs.
